bdt1 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Introduction

Welcome to bdt1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdt1 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the bdt1 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

bdt1 is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers skill-based card games, sports prediction markets, and instant-win games. All games on bdt1 involve real money and carry financial risk. You should only play with money you can afford to lose.

02 Eligibility

To register and use bdt1, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bdt1 platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on bdt1. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If bdt1 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a date of birth that reflects your actual age. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• bdt1 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any message claiming to be from bdt1 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact bdt1 support immediately.
• bdt1 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bdt1 processes all deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three mobile financial services most widely used by players in Bangladesh. No international payment methods, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions are currently supported.

Deposits are credited to your bdt1 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within five minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit: as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Maximum deposit: subject to limits set by bdt1 and by your mobile financial service provider.
• Withdrawals are processed within two minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bdt1 support.
• bdt1 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under review for security or verification purposes.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bdt1 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are placed. General betting rules that apply across all products on bdt1 are set out below.

• A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a confirmation message from bdt1. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to your bet, provided the bet is confirmed before any odds change takes effect.
• bdt1 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, regardless of whether the bet has already been confirmed.
• In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or market, bdt1 will investigate and may void affected bets. Decisions made by bdt1 in these circumstances are final.
• For cricket markets, bdt1 follows standard cricket betting settlement rules. If a match is abandoned or reduced in overs, settlement will follow the rules published in the specific market description.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bdt1 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the specified period will expire automatically.
• bdt1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once is considered a breach of these Terms.
• bdt1 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game type will be specified in the promotion terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdt1. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use bdt1 for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdt1 staff or other players.

08 Privacy and Data
